Buildfest is a construction enterprise that believes construction is a service to humanity. Benjamin Morgan started Buildfest in 1994 as carpenter and Builder. More recently finding deeper meaning and purpose when becoming a Passive House Certified Tradesperson.
We believe relationships within a project should not harm any person physically, mentally or financially.

How We Work
We start by building a Pre-Construction Framework.

The Pre-Construction Framework service involves preliminary design and planning before project initiation.

This phase includes defining the project, concept designs, identifying potential issues, planning, scheduling, quick build estimate to determine project feasibility and analysing project needs.

With the Pre-Construction Framework complete we combine advanced project management software with the project team to bring the vision to life.
